Coach Bob Sports is offered free of charge to invited players and their families. These terms set out what that means on both sides.

Who may use it

Access is by invitation from the coach. Invitations are personal: do not forward one, and do not share your sign-in. If you are under 18, use the app with your parent or guardian's knowledge.

What the app is for

Team news, rosters and schedules. Please do not use it for anything else — it is not a message board, and there is nowhere for members to publish to in any case.

Content the coach publishes

Posts, rosters, schedules and photographs are published by the coach. They are for the people on that team. Do not republish them elsewhere, and in particular do not post photographs of other people's children anywhere outside the app.

Photographs

Photographs of players are uploaded only where the player's family has given permission. Permission can be withdrawn at any time by writing to privacy@coachbobsports.com, and the photograph will be deleted.

Your account

You are responsible for the email account you sign in with, since anyone who can read it can request a sign-in code. Every signed-in device is listed in the app and can be revoked. You can delete your account at any time under Settings.

Access can be withdrawn

The coach may remove someone from a team — for example when a player leaves — and access to that team ends with the membership. An account may be suspended if it is misused, particularly where the safety or privacy of a player is at stake.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is, free, by one person. It is not a guaranteed channel. Do not rely on it alone for anything urgent: if a game is called off and you have not seen it in the app, the coach is still the source of truth. Reasonable effort goes into keeping it available and accurate, but neither is promised.

Not affiliated with any school

Coach Bob Sports is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any school or school district, and it carries no school name, logo or mascot.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it. If you do not, delete your account under Settings.
